Had a blood shot eye, broken blood vessel thought it was serious! Customer service was prompt and helped me right away. I waited a couple hours, could been more. Full room...They checked vitals fast! Overall not serious. Doctor was efficient and clearly explained my eye problem. And staff was nice and pleasant 😁 Although it takes long. I still appreciate the staff and doctors, nurse, etc. Everytime I go here, the staff and medical staff, nurse, doctor are super nice and thoughtful.
Nurse Joseph P, Kyle and The Supervisor were amazing! My 3 year old was well taken care of and they made sure if I had any concerns to let them know right away. I would definitely come again with my son. First time mom overall experience was great!
I honestly love this hospital. But now they are so rude and unprofessional. Especially in the er and the triage nurse is so rude. She doesn't let you finish your sentence. They don't even put you in a room anymore. Now, even the triage nurses tell you the results of your tests. She yelled, My son results in the waiting room." I told her i would talk to her inside the triage station. Because my son results are not everyone business but mine. That's a Hippo violation. Not even a doctor come to speak to you anymore. I came to see a doctor, not a nurse. If I could give this hospital a zero, I would. Very unprofessional from everyone. Don't even listen to you. Especially the there wasn't that many people in the er. There was a lady that had been there for hours before us. She was crying there for hours still they wouldn't put her in a room. She kept waiting in the waiting room. When we left, she was still there. We were there for about 3 to 5 hours.
Cheyenne was amazing very friendly and helpful great personality for an er visit 🙏🏽🏥 need kindness like her in the world 🌎 …
Terrible experience with this hospital. Came in with my two year-old, who had trauma to his head resulting in an inch wound on his forehead requiring three stitches. There was no sense of urgency amongst the staff to tend to him. Although he was continuously bleeding, I was offered a Band-Aid to cover the wound and sent to sit in triage for over four hours. My visit began at 9:30 AM and he was tended to by 2:30 PM. I was also given attitude by the attending doctor because I had my other daughter there who is three years old. He asked me if I had anybody with me able to help. I am a single mother of two with no family in the state. He was upset that I didn’t bring somebody to help me because he needed assistance handling my two year old for his stitches and was also asked by the triage nurse if I can take my children outside because they were too “vocal“ and we’re disturbing other guests in the waiting room.
I wasn’t feeling good came in to Chino Valley Hospital. They treated me with respect they took care of me immediately. I was not there long. Sending me home with what I needed. Gave me a work excuse. I’m feeling much better now I thanked them for all the work they do, every time I have ever been there, they’ve treated me great they’ve always taken care of me. I have never ever had a problem.
My mom was referred to go to an Emergency Room from the Urgent Care that we went to, because the PA was worried that my mom has glaucoma or retinal detachment. My mom also already had a headache, her and I hadn't eaten anything since maybe 7 this morning.
So we arrived at Chino Valley around 1:00 pm today and got checked in. We saw the triage nurse about 1:30/2:00, my mom let the triage nurse know her headache pain was about a 5 out of 10. And then waited in the waiting room after my mom's vitals were checked until maybe 5:30 the triage nurse again took her vitals and by this time, my mom told her that her headache was now at an 8 out of 10, and got taken back to a room. After we got back to the room we waited maybe until 6:30 since nobody bothered to check on us, we left without being seen. I am just very unpleased with the service that was given or not given at this facility.
Glad there is a staff that cares. There are always horror stories about ER services. But this ER IS TOP CLASS. I was in a lot of pain from a lumbar strain. Thanks a lot for your service and diagnosis of mycondition..Feeling much better today
